When a reservation for exclusively hotel accommodation, with or without breakfast, is made for one or more individuals, the following applies for cancellations of that reservation:
You can cancel all reservations, with exception of the non-refundable rate, free of charge before 14:00h the day prior to arrival. We are forced to charge the costs of the first night in case of no show or cancellation after 14:00h the day prior to arrival. Amending your reservation could result in a change of price.
